Right in the heart of Royal Châteaux Country, Monteaux is situated two miles north of the River Loire, near Amboise, between Tours to the west and Blois to the east.
The three Gîtes Ruraux at “Les Bocages" are part of a two hundred-year-old house set in a large garden, formally a farm and a wine-producing property.
In a very quiet country setting, surrounded by farm land, with vineyards just up the road, the Gîtes at "Les Bocages" offer a safe haven of peace and tranquillity on the edge of a typical Loire Valley village.
Just two and a half hours south-west of Paris by the N10 motorway, excellent roads and motorways bring you rapidly and comfortably from either the Calais and Boulogne ports avoiding Paris.
Roads from Caen, St Malo and Roskoff are very good indeed too.
