The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave oven.
The washing machine, large fridge/freezer, steam iron., ironing board and folding airer/drier are in the adjoining utility room.
This leads to a further shower room with washbasin and toilet.

To the rear of the property there is a door leading to the private, shaded, orchard garden (fully enclosed) with garden furniture, BBQ, boules.
The swings, badminton set and other outdoor games are to be found in the vicinity of the 10m x 5m heated pool. (Parents can keep an eye on their children from the poolside).
